We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. Due to differences in screen settings and the nature of natural fibres, slight variations in colour and texture may occur.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Orders
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Nenúfar reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in circumstances including, but not limited to, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through authorised third-party payment providers.
Nenúfar does not store full payment card details.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping and return conditions are outlined in our Shipping & Returns policy and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
Made to measure
Made-to-measure garments are crafted specifically to the customer's measurements and are therefore excluded from the standard right of withdrawal. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of a manufacturing defect. Made-to-measure garments cannot be returned unless faulty.

Limitation of Liability
