Everything you need to know before ordering your Nenúfar coat.

  • Many Nenúfar coats are made to order. This allows us to produce thoughtfully and avoid unnecessary waste. If a coat is made to order, the estimated production time will be clearly indicated on the product page.

  • Ready-to-ship garments are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days.

    Made-to-order pieces require additional production time. Estimated lead times will be noted on the relevant product page. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Remember - This coat is for a lifetime, especially made for you.

  • All Nenúfar coats are crafted in Portugal by skilled artisans, with a focus on quality, longevity, and thoughtful production.

  • Our Origin Coat is crafted from 100% premium wool (800 GSM). Material compositions are listed on each individual product page.

  • The Nenúfar coats are offered in one size and designed with an oversized silhouette. We recommend consulting our Fit Guide and comparing the garment measurements with a coat you already own.

  • Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and cards and ribbons attached.

    Due to the bespoke nature of made-to-order pieces, these items are not eligible for return unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.

    Sale items and custom-made pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • To preserve the beauty of your garment, we recommend airing your coat between wears, storing it on a structured hanger, and dry cleaning only when necessary. Further guidance can be found on our Care page.

  • We currently ship within Europe and International.

    Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and related fees may apply to orders shipped outside the European Union and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

  • If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@nenufaratelier.com.

    Once production has begun or an order has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to accommodate changes.
